When you spend your entire adult life in one industry, it becomes a storied career. I have been blogging since the mid‑late 2000s, during the early Web 2.0 era, documenting my real‑estate career that began in 1999.

It wasn’t all “crazy.” I learned valuable lessons, developed coaching and training material, and imagined countless ideal scenarios. Those visions guided not only my own path but also the work of thousands of volunteers I collaborated with throughout my trade‑association management experience in real estate.
