Interested in property at 719 S. New, Springfield,Mo. I understand it rents for 595.00 per month, and the deposit is 595.00. I also understand the pet deposit is 250.00 one time fee. What I need to know can you pay the deposit one month, then pay the rent and dog deposit the second month when you move in. I am living in Lancaster, tx. and I want to move back home, we lived on Luster St. in Brentwood, all the time my sons were growing up, they graduated Glendale highschool. Then we move to Texas. Both my sisters live in Missouri and I want to get closer to them, We are on a fixed income and we pay everybill the third of each and every month. most of my monthly bills are set up to pay automatically thru my bank. which is Wells Fargo. We have rented this house for 8 years.
