Scared Frozen Now

I said in one of my TumbleLog posts that I wasn’t scared of a little frozen water.

I lied.

Now the weather forecasts are changing and saying that we’re expected to get ice. I can’t do this again! Most of you probably remember the ice storm nightmare from January 2007 and all of my blog posts there. We spent over 10 days with no power! I can’t do this again!

Anyway, I’m scared frozen now. I’ve sent Ty to the grocery store, I’ve put in my backups and I’ve got my laptop charging (heaven forbid I actually lose access to my computer!). But then again, a lot of good that will do me, if we lose power, it’s not like I’ll have an internet connection. Anyway…keep Springfield, Missouri in your prayers. I’m too prissy to have no electricity for a few days!!
