It only seems fair to talk about the Diabetes365 Project since I am driving to St. Louis 3 times this week for JDRF related board meetings and events. Diabetes has been the only thing on my brain this week.
You may have heard of it before, but the Diabetes365 project is documenting life everyday of living with diabetes for 365 days straight. There are several other diabetics joining in on the big Flickr set. So be sure to check out everyone else’s pictures too. But beware, almost ALL of my pictures are taken from my BlackBerry, so I am not doing any great photography here like some of the other people. I am so busy and always on-the-go and I always have my BlackBerry, but never my camera at the right times!
I’m on day 26 so far and just when I’m thinking that I’m not so sure that I can keep up, I find something that makes me think of this disease and only motivates me to keep at it. If only I was brave enough to document a weight loss regime—maybe I’d me more motivated on that too!
