Warming Up and Kicking Off

I am on the Missouri Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Advisory Board and Steering Committee for implementing a YPN chapter in the State of Missouri for REALTORS®. YPN is the Young Professionals Network that was started by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Now that I have spelled out all of the abbreviations, which are very common in the real estate world, let me tell you what is going on.
YPN is having it’s first event in Branson in April during the REALTOR® Business Conference. We are having a “Warming Up & Kicking Off” party/reception and planning a fun little get together. Yes, it might include a yacht but you’ll have to wait and see. REALTORS®, younger and older, are encouraged to be part of the group. We are working on creating mentorship programs, networking opportunities, community involvement projects and many more things that will all benefit the the profession as well as the public.
