		<description>I&#039;m afraid I must take umbrage with this post.

Working for someone who likes to have her calls screened, but who is also four doors and a hallway away, I frequently don&#039;t know whether she is in or not. And if I go over to see if she&#039;s there and she is and I don&#039;t know the name of the person on the line, I will get the &#039;headshake of disappointment&#039;. So, yes, I want your name and yes, you&#039;ll be on hold a minute while I find out if she&#039;s even there.

By the way, those sentences I just wrote are the worst constructed sentences ever. But it&#039;s early in the morning and I should actually be pushing out some letters.
