Movies Resolution

I try my hardest not to make New Year’s resolutions but sometimes I can’t help it.  We all want to change things about the previous year, but that happens no matter what time of year.  And yes, we all want and need to lose weight, but why not do that in the middle of the year?  I digress….

Instead of a list of resolutions, I have decided to make a list of movies I need/want to see in 2009.  Now don’t laugh at some of them the same way you would laugh at my iTunes playlist (you-know-who-you-are-Patrick-D).  I haven’t seen any of these and I’m looking forward to catching up.

When I’ve talked about this list with people it seems like everyone has a movie, or two, that they want to add to my list.  So feel free to add yours, I’d love to know what your favorites are.  Also let me know if you don’t think I should waste my time or if I should watch it twice.

The bottom three were inspired by my Grandpa.  And many of these titles were inspired by The Donald.  He is in on this “resolution” project too, so be watching for his list on his blog.

OMG, you haven’t seen ‘Office Space’? And you call yourself a geek? I’m going to have to report this to the Geek Council. Expect to hear from them shortly thereafter.

‘Shawshank’ is long, but worth it. Be careful of ‘the classics’. I’ve been burned numerous times by the label: http://www.patricksays.net/2008/09/17/i-gotta-stop-reading-the-classics/
